We provide comprehensive, detailed and accurate information allowing for informed client & architect decision-making. Accurate estimating is a key element in our approach to maintaining cost control.     When construction is complete our work continues. Renaissance-BCI warranties your commercial or multifamily project through its “agreed-to” warranty period.
