Jack Monetti has over 30 years of construction experience building multifamily, townhome, condo and commercial projects. Jack is a second generation General Contractor with wide-ranging experience in all phase of construction including, estimating, project management, scheduling, site development, building construction, business development, quality assurance and business management. Jack holds general contractors licenses in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.

As CFO, Paula guides all aspects of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, multi-year forecasting, and performance management. Paula brings 15 years of accounting to the company and oversees all aspects of the office.

Paulina is currently an intern with Renaissance-BCI and is actively pursuing her Construction Management degree major with a minor in Real Estate.
